All orders are shipped through Australia Post. Once your order has been delivered we do not accept any further responsibility.

Returns:
We do not offer returns or exchanges if you select the wrong size. Our drops are limited, and we can’t guarantee additional stock will be available. Please make sure to check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
